Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so we can have your car ready on time. Walk-ins are welcome for express washes.
How long will my car take?
Express washes take about 30 minutes. Complete details take 2–4 hours. Coatings and correction may need a full day.
Can I wait while you work?
Yes. We have a customer lounge with Wi-Fi and coffee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What’s the difference between a wash and a detail?
A wash cleans the surface. A detail deep-cleans, decontaminates and protects every part of the vehicle, inside and out.
Do you offer mobile detailing?
Yes. We come to homes and workplaces across the GTA. See mobile detailing.
Do you detail RVs, boats or commercial vehicles?

Bookings and policies
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call or email us at least 24 hours in advance. See our cancellation and refund policy.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Let us know within 48 hours and we’ll re-do the affected area free of charge.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount. Call or visit us.
